Starting at 6:45pm with a full 16 voice choir signing all your favourite traditional Christmas Carols

Then at 7:30pm the full 6 piece live band kicks off with some upbeat carols for young and old.

Santa Claus will be making a surprise visit too.

From the Heart of Russia the 62nd Australian Intervarsity Choral Festival brings Tchaikovsky Vespers to Subiaco. This Australian premiere of work by the composer Pyotr Tchaikovsky, famous for works such as The Nutcracker and Swan Lake, comes to St. Josephs Catholic Church for one night only. These perennial works of Orthodox Liturgy come performed by a uniquely national choir drawn from choral societies from across Australia.

There will be two Ash Wednesday Mass on the 9th March 2011. One at 7am and the other at 9am. All are welcomed.

The official opening of the Ear Science Building by the Hon. Colin Barnett ML, Premier of Western Australia will be held on Friday 25th February.

Fr. Ian Doyle a priest of the Dioceses of Arundel & Brighton, an All Hallows graduate, and nurse is currently working with the area of AIDS/HIV in South Africa and has recently returned from Haiti.

Fr Ian will be visiting our parish for three weeks R & R and has kindly offered to give a presentation on his experiences. The presentation will be chaired by Fr. Joe and all will be welcome.
