Based on the writings of the desert fathers and mothers,

centering prayer is part of

the Christian tradition of the “liturgy of silence”.

It responds to the call of the Master to “enter your secret room and the Father

who sees all that is done in secret will reward you” [Mt6:6].

Meeting weekly, we support one another in opening ourselves

to the One who calls us into deep union.

Please join us.

We meet every Wednesday at 5.30 pm in the Tribune Chapel.

Simply walk reverently across to the right side of the sanctuary to the side chapel.

The leader will introduce the silence at 5.35 pm

and we close the silence with the Angelus bell at 6.00 pm.

We conclude with a brief sharing.
